Business events

The Hive is a valuable centre for businesses, as a provider of specialist resources and as a meeting and training venue.  Impress your customers and colleagues by holding your meeting in The Hive using one of the eight meeting rooms or the 50 seater studio, perfect for conferences or large presentations.

The dedicated Business Centre is located on the second floor of The Hive. The Centre is an access point for specialist resources, features a collection of well-appointed meeting rooms, all equipped with the latest technology and is the venue for regular business breakfast meetings, workshops and drop-in sessions.

  • Start-Up QuickPitch - Wed, 26 February

    Wednesday 26th February 2020, 12.30-3pm

    Take a step towards turning your business idea into a reality or practice the pitch for your new business in this 5 minute pitching competition for students, start-ups and businesses trading up to 12 months. Shortlisted entries will showcase their idea in front of a supportive entrepreneurial community, with a first prize of £250 and a total prize fund of over £500! Enterprising Worcestershire offer fully funded support to those looking to start or grow their own business.

    User experience, known as UX, makes a huge difference to whether a digital product, or project, succeeds. On this course, you will learn what UX is and why it’s so important.
