Clay Workshop

Tuesday 11th April - 10:15am, 11:45am and 2:00pm

Create your own island sculpture with Meadow Arts! Make plants, creatures and buildings for your island and think of a short story about your imagined place. You can take your clay island home where you can choose to keep it or learn how to submerge your island in water and watch it sink before your eyes! Suitable for children aged 5+, children must be accompanied by an adult.

The family workshops, facilitated by ceramicist Verity Howard, are part of a programme of events surrounding Watermark, a contemporary art exhibition exploring water, flooding and the climate crisis in partnership with venues across Worcester (January – June 2023).  www.meadowarts.org/event/watermark/
