IT Support

Our Digital Champions are available Monday – Friday 10-3pm to help with your basic IT queries. Any member of staff can call a digital champion on your behalf.

Support is free and no booking is necessary, just turn up and ask a member of The Hive team for details.

Job Seeking Support

Every Wednesday 2.30pm - 4pm.
Drop in and get support every Wednesday in the main library on level 0. The session is able to help support with the following and much more:

  • Finding Job Vacancies
  • Applying in Writing
  • Writing a cover letter
  • Creating CV's
  • Filling in Application Forms
  • Preparing for an interview

FREE 6 week course covering first steps of working online. Just turn up to join.
